प्रदेश सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना, युवाओं को बना रही है आत्मनिर्भर
बहराइच 06 सितम्बर। राज्य के शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवकों की बेरोजगारी की समस्या दूर करने और प्रदेश के हुनरमंद व कर्मठ युवाओं को अपने पैरों पर खड़ा करने के लिए प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना की शुरूआत की है। इस योजना का मुख्य उदद्देश्य युवाओं को स्वरोजगार उपलब्ध कराना है। इस योजना के तहत सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश के बेरोजगार युवाओं को अपना उद्योग शुरू कर स्वरोजगार स्थापित करने के लिए 25 लाख रू0 तक एवं सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु 10 लाख रू. तक का ऋण बैंकों के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। इसमें राज्य सरकार द्वारा 25 प्रतिशत मार्जिन मनी अनुदान लाभार्थी को उपलब्ध कराया जाता है, जो कि उद्योग क्षेत्र हेतु अधिकतम रू. 6.20 लाख तथा सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु रु. 2.50 लाख तक देय होता है। जो उद्यम के दो वर्ष तक सफल संचालन के उपरान्त अनुदान में परिवर्तित हो जाता है।
प्रदेश में बहुत से ऐसे युवा हैं जो शिक्षित और किसी न किसी ट्रेड में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के बावजूद आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर होने के कारण अपना खुद का कोई उद्योग, स्वरोजगार शुरू नहीं कर पाते। मुख्यमंत्री का ध्येय है कि राज्य के ऐसे युवा इस योजना के अन्तर्गत आवेदन करें और अपना रोजगार शुरू करें , इसके लिए सरकार उनकी आर्थिक सहायता करेगी। प्रदेश के युवाओं को मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजनान्तर्गत लाभान्वित कराते हुए उनको आत्मनिर्भर एवं सशक्त तथा आर्थिक रूप से स्वावलम्बी बनाने के लिए सरकार बड़ी तेजी से कार्य कर रही है।
कोरोना के समय में बड़ी संख्या में दूसरे राज्यों में काम करने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश के अर्द्धकुशल, कुशल श्रमिक, कारीगर, शिक्षित युवा प्रदेश मे लौटे हैं इन प्रवासी श्रमिकों को स्थाई रोजगार देने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार बड़ी तत्परता से कार्य कर रही है। इसके तहत सरकार सूक्ष्म, लद्यु एवं मध्यम उद्योगों से जुड़ी कई योजनाओं को आनलाइन प्लेटफार्म पर लाया है। जहां से कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति आवेदन कर सकता है। प्रदेश सरकार बेरोजगार युवाओं को खुद का उद्योग स्थापित करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना को बढ़ावा दे रही है। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत लाभ लेने के लिए यह जरूरी है कि लाभार्थी उत्तर प्रदेश का मूल निवासी हो और बेरोजगार हो। आवेदनकर्ता की आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। और वह किसी बैंक का डिफाल्टर न हो। लाभार्थी को कम से कम हाईस्कूल पास होना जरूरी है तथा इस योजना के अन्तर्गत लाभ लेने के पहले से इस तरह की किसी अन्य योजना का लाभ न उठा रहा हो।
मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजनान्तर्गत आवेदनकर्ता को आनलाॅइन आवेदन करना होता है। आवेदनकर्ता के पास जन्मतिथि सम्बन्धी हाईस्कूल प्रणाम पत्र, आधारकार्ड, वोटर, आई.डी. कार्ड, उ.प्र. का स्थाई निवासी होने का प्रमाणपत्र, शैक्षिक योग्यता प्रमाणपत्र, उद्योग स्थापित करने के लिए भूमिध्भवन का विवरण अभिलेख, मशीनरी उपकरण, साज-सज्जा हेतु वर्तमान दरों के कोटेशन, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, यदि उद्यमिता विकास प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया है तो उसका प्रमाण पत्र, बी.पी.एल. राशनकार्ड की प्रतिलिपि आदि अभिलेखों का आवेदन के समय लगाने पड़ते हैं। बेवसाइट पर आॅनलाइन आवेदन करने के बाद जिला स्तर पर जिला चयन समिति के माध्यम से जिला उद्योग केन्द्र द्वारा सम्बन्धित उद्योग के ऋण आदि की पत्रावली बनाकर अभिलेखों सहित सम्बन्धित बैंकों को भेजी जाती है, जहां से लाभार्थी को ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री जी की इस महत्वाकांक्षी योजना का प्रदेश के हजारों बेरोजगार युवा लाभ उठाते हुए आत्मनिर्भर हो रहे हैं। युवाओं द्वारा लगाये जा रहे उद्यमों से अन्य लोगों को भी रोजगार मिल रहा है, साथ ही उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति भी सुदृढ़ हो रही है।
